DAX Technologies Hires Two Industry Veterans for Chief Marketing and Global Sales Roles Company expands management team to further capitalize on growth of customer experience management within the telecom sector
MATAWAN, N.J. AUGUST 16, 2010 - DAX Technologies, a provider of customer experience management software solutions for mobile operators and government organizations, today announced the appointment of Brion Feinberg as its chief marketing officer and executive vice president of product management, and Jeffrey Moulton as its executive vice president of global sales, effective immediately. In this role, Feinberg is responsible for the strategic and tactical direction of the company's products that provide customer experience management (CEM) software solutions for telecommunication service providers. Brion has over 30 years of experience working on management systems for telecommunications services, working with mobile operators, VoIP systems and internet service providers. Through his earlier work with Lucent Technologies/AT&T, Brion has been awarded four patents in the areas of congestion management for voice and data networks, using network data for directed marketing efforts, and implementations of multi-party revenue sharing models. Brion holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Princeton University and a PhD in engineering-economic systems from Stanford University. As executive vice president of global sales at DAX Technologies, Moulton leads the company's global sales activities where he works closely with customers to support their evolution towards a more customer centric network and support framework. Prior to joining DAX Technologies, Moulton held senior sales positions at Ericsson, Marconi and Lucent Technologies, selling a full portfolio of products and services to global operators, cable companies and enterprise customers. He also has extensive product management and engineering experience while working at AT&T, primarily in transport and networking solutions. Moulton holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in civil and environmental engineering from Clarkson University.
